As I'm sitting here, listening to music, a certain wave is definitely coming over me. So tonight, I'm gonna post about some music that could definitely take you "there" with that special someone.
First off, I'm gonna start off with one of my current personal favorites: Mr. Raheem DeVaughn. Two songs that I would recommend adding to ANY sex CD that you create would be "You" and "Love Drug".
I mean look at this small excerpt from "Love Drug": You appear as though you're from Columbia. You's keep it tight for me like Ziplocs. And I just got high when we lip lock... and you just got high when we lip lock. So you search for me with a flashlight, in the daylight... cause I'm your get right. So no one serves you up girl like I can. I'm your Mr. Midnight pusher man. I mean doggone...after reading that, I feel like I need a cigarette...a cigar, some weed...SOMETHIN. He definitely will give you everything you want, and more of what you need, in order to set the mood where you tryin to get it.
Next, we'll move on to Maxwell: Sumthin, Sumthin (Mellosmoothe Remix). Now it's bad enough that this particular song was created for one of the most LOVE FILLED movies in all of life: Love Jones, but I think he knew that draws would be droppin while gettin your swerve on to this song. This is one of those songs that will never fall off the "Sex Play" list on the iPod
Another blast from the past would be Kut Klose's "I Like". This is a joint from the early 90's that started exuding sex from the first beat drop. I love it because even though it's almost 20 years old, it still can get the mood right and tight before you realize what's happenin.
Another personal favorite would be Beyonce's "Speechless". From the moment she starts singing this song, it's dripping with all kinds of sexual tension for even the most hardened of hearts. Any man/woman who makes an attempt at seduction while playing this song, will definitely enjoy the end results. What makes this song even more great is the fact that she gives you a nice climatic ending to the song, and when she's finished, she ends it on the high that only Bey will give you - the afterglow. Definitely an A+ for Mrs. Carter on this effort!
And to round out this post, I must end with Ne-Yo. This man can write music for the best of em, but he will give you a nice sex song himself, that will have you making sure that you don't need to wipe yourself down. A perfect example of that are the following lyrics from "Say It": Your body whispering from under the sheets I hear it moaning, begging loud and clearly I'm rather fluent in the language it speaks But it's your mouth I want to tell it to me. OK...I'm not sure who told Ne-Yo that these lyrics are permissable for anyone under the age of 23 to hear these, but there's gotta be a law against this. Glad I'm well above that age. LOL.
All in all, there are many songs out there that will help you set the mood just right. Depending on your age, and your song preference, you could put together the right collaboration that could keep you locked indoors for quite some time during the night. I just hope that you buckle up....something tells me with those types of songs, it'll be a wild ride.
See, I'm with you on everything BUT "I LIke". I wasn't a fan on that song.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I needed to add a few more songs:
1 - "Better" by Raheem DeVaughn. It's a perfect foreplay song. Like I could imagine kissing someone while that song was playing in the background.
2 - "Marathon" by Raheem DeVaughn. I mean, that's what the song is all about. Marsha A. from Floetry KILLS this track.
3 - "Mirror" by Ne-Yo. Yeah, not gonna say anything more about this song.
I could be here all night....so I'll stop here.
I was with you until Ne-Yo. Sorry, but he dries it up for me. LOL! And no Prince? The Purple One is synonymous with sex! Adore? Insatiable? Do Me? Pure and unadulterated sex, baby!
ReplyDeleteBut that Sumthin Sumthing? Yeah buddy! I also want to add "Softest Lips" by Eric Roberson (yeah, I had to go there). Definitely a great mood-setter.
I love those two Raheem songs, even wrote about love drug before myself (this better not become a theme, mister!) LOL. I agree with Robin I like really doesn't do it for me like that, but they have a song on their CD-Surrender???! whoo lawd that song does IT. Speechless is the only Bey song I LOVE, and yea Say It is a winner too. Good post.
